For 14 years I helped build a company from the ground up — the systems, the team, the culture, and the customer experience. All of it. Starting as a part-time hire at a 5-person startup, I grew into the COO role and helped guide the company to become a top-5 CRM in the real estate industry. After spending the last year as a fractional leader working with several PropTech and SaaS companies, I've realized what I miss most: the team structure, and the joy of building something together over the long haul. I care about two things above everything else: the customer experience, and the people delivering it. I'm particularly drawn to companies where the customer is a small business owner or independent professional - because I know that customer deeply, and I know what it takes to earn and keep their trust.
